Informed by the very latest research, the gold standard in therapeutic training, and many hours of private practise client work, my goal is to guide and support every client in overcoming their issues, improving their wellbeing, and maximising their potential. I am passionate about positive change and am proud to work in the health and wellbeing sector, helping people to live more fulfilled lives.

I am an experienced and accredited practitioner, holding the nationally recognised Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy (DSFH). I also hold the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD)- the gold standard sector qualification awarded from the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH). To qualify for this you have to have submitted and had validated (by the NCH) a large portfolio of work of which she is also a member (MNCHReg), abiding by their code of conduct and ethics.I trained at Clifton Practise Hypnotherapy Training Centre in Bristol. This highly respected UK and International training body is accredited by leading professional national organisations including: The National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH), the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH), The General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC), the National Board for Modern Psychotherapy (NBMP), and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
As a registered and accredited Clinical Hypnotherapist, I am required to participate in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) through workshops, courses, supervision and personal development.I am a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy, Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapists, and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council and is bound by their strict codes of practice. I also maintain full public liability and professional Indemnity insurance and have enhanced DBS certificates.I work from my private practice in Westbury on Severn, Gloucestershire, and when I’m not treating clients I work with my husband our on farm.
